When we bought the farm in 2011, there was an overgrown Rhubarb patch behind the house. The next year, we divided it up and planted a couple rows for the foodbox program, we had at the time. Several years later, a few more… We now have enough to offer it for u-pick, small-scale wholesale orders and retail (during strawberry season). Packed with fibre and vitamins, it is one of the first crops freshly available in the spring and it goes great with our strawberries!
