We planted our first asparagus in the spring of 2020 and will be planting more this season. Asparagus takes a few years to start producing well, so we do not anticipate starting to wholesale it till 2022.

Sweet Corn Favorites
Last summer, we trialled 7 different varieties of organic sweet corn seed. It was a wonderful experience, especially the taste testing, and we were amazed at how different some of the varieties were in growth, appearance, and flavour. Of the 7, we have chosen 4 varieties and we will try out more this coming year.
